Landscape gabion, also known as welded gabion
Welded Gabion is made of Welded Wire Mesh panels assembled with spirals and stiffener.
Each gabion panel is composed of rugged high tensile wire coated by a thick, corrosion-resistant layer of zinc. Welded Gabion could be used for prefilled on site construction which is quick and easy. They have a variety of applications such as retaining walls for commercial, industrial and road project, landscaping, erosion control.

Features of Welded Gabions:
High Rigidity: Welded gabions are sturdier and more durable than hexagonal gabions because they are welded together. This increased strength allows them to withstand significant external forces, such as water flow impact and earth pressure, making them ideal for high-strength support projects.
Uniform Grid: The mesh holes in welded gabions are rectangular or square and consistently sized. This uniformity makes it easier to fill with stones and gives the structure a neat and orderly appearance.
Easy Installation: Since the welded mesh panels are pre-formed in the factory, installation on site involves simply assembling the panels and filling them with stones, making the construction process quicker and easier, reducing labor and time costs.
Durability: Welded gabions are usually made from galvanized or PVC-coated steel wire, which offers excellent corrosion resistance, allowing them to be used in harsh environments for a long time, thus extending their lifespan.
How to install welded gabion box?
1. Erect the end, partition, and front and rear panels at the bottom of the gabion.
2. Use connection methods such as spiral lines, C-rings, U-shaped clamps, etc. to fix the various parts of the gabion through the mesh holes of adjacent panels.
3. Provide diagonal support and crimping on the front and side lines and intersections. Fill the welded gabion with stones, sand, soil, wood, and other materials.
5. Cover the lid and fix it according to the connection methods in Figures 2, 3, and 4.
When stacking and welding the layers of gabion boxes, the lower cover can serve as the base for the upper layer. Before filling the graded stone, fix it with spiral adhesive and add pre formed reinforcement bars on the external units.
